Some conversations are bigger than the room they begin in. Lectures, panel conversations, podcasts, interviews and public talks can create space for stories, ideas and questions that deserve to be heard beyond the therapy room.
Bringing what is alive into the room is what I love.
The therapy room is where so many of the things we struggle to talk about first become visible. The things we carry in silence.
The tensions between who we are and who we think we should be.
The shifts in identity that come with love, sexuality, motherhood, relationships and life itself.
I get to witness these stories up close, and I feel a responsibility to bring some of that knowing beyond the walls of my practice.
Not as the truth, but as a truth worth making room for.
I love bringing together science and lived experience, knowledge and intuition, head and heart… and turning what I encounter in my work into conversations that make people pause, recognise themselves and perhaps see something differently.
I don’t come with perfectly packaged answers. I come with curiosity, expertise, questions and a willingness to go a little deeper.
Because when we create space for honest conversation, something shifts. In ourselves, in our relationships, and hopefully in the world around us.
Here, I share some of the conversations and events I’ve had the privilege of contributing to; exploring sexuality, relationships, womanhood, motherhood, identity, embodiment and awareness.
Because meaningful change doesn’t only happen in therapy. It also happens when we dare to create new language for the things that have long remained unseen, unspoken or misunderstood.
What we dare to name, we can begin to transform.
